Refund policy

All returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns can be made in store at 4 Church Street, Port Augusta. The items can be exchanged for another size, item or in store credit. In store credits do not expire.

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you change your mind. A refund will only be issued if there is a manufacturing fault.

Returns can also be made via Australia Post, which the customer must cover the cost of. We will place a Returns slip in with your online order to make it easy for you. Please fill in the enclosed form and send it back with your purchase to make the process smooth.

All items returned must be in the original condition as purchased with tags attached. Please ensure the items are free from any rips, marks and stains. If the items are not received in the original condition your return may not be accepted.
